I was first introduced to qi gong when I began my massage training back in 2003 at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley. I quickly recognized that this was a powerful tool to help keep me grounded and cleansed while working with clients.  Over the years I have studied with various teachers and have maintained & cultivated a daily practice that has helped me manage and heal various injuries and enhance my vitality & well being. It helps me be more mindful and present in my everyday actions. And best of all, it has trained me to have a relationship with my physical body and an open connection to the spiritual realm.  I look forward to sharing some of this with you all and hope to see you in the park and on my table soon!

In good health ~ Sarah
